As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with spacious hallways and easy-to-navigate elevators. It made me feel at ease during my stay.

I would have appreciated a more senior-friendly approach from the children working there when it comes to the availability of food and drinks after 21:00. Perhaps extending the kitchen's closing time or offering a 24-hour room service would have made my vacation even better.

The location was very convenient, close to the main shopping malls, and only 30 minutes from the airport. The pool was lovely, and the buffet breakfast offered delicious Indonesian staple foods.
